In a world inundated by trend cycles and sensory overwhelm, my work offers a pause—a visual sanctuary for reflection and connection. I create with the belief that art is a subliminal meditation, quietly inviting us to reconnect with our inner worlds. I am deeply driven by empathy and a curiosity for the human experience, what we discard, what we cherish and how this reveals profound truths about who we are.
I believe unprocessed emotions don’t just linger—they manifest, affecting our bodies, minds, and connections with others. Through routine introspection and creation, I turn these insights into tangible forms that encourage viewers to access a part of themselves that words cannot fully articulate. My hope is that you’ll walk away from my work feeling both grounded and seen, with a renewed sense of the connections you share with yourself, others, and the physical world.

Originally from Kansas City, I grew up in a loud and passionate family that taught me self-expression as a basic instinct. Fiery, honest and empathetic since the womb, I have never been any other way. I create from my home studio in Oklahoma, where I live with my husband and our cheeky daughter, Layla. I love estate sales, afternoon dessert, and miniatures.

Informed by my background in healthcare, I approach art as a modality for well-being—a way to heal, process, and reflect. Having worked as a research assistant and nurse in fields such as Epigenetics, Neuro Trauma, Hospice, and Wound Care, I’ve seen firsthand how emotions, when acknowledged, can transform lives. My work gives both me and my viewers a space for unhindered exploration of personal lived experience. The works that emerge are emotive and intimate, encouraging my audience to look inward and reflect on the stories they carry.

Empathy and equity are core values that impact everything I do. Knowing that art and culture can’t be fully appreciated when basic human needs are not met, in April of 2019 I began donating a portion of my profits to charity. I currently donate 3% to a new cause each quarter. Know of one that should be on my radar? Reach out here.
